Product Description

The Sesame is the newest addition to Trimetals’ metal storage range; a compact and multi-purpose metal garden shed and bike store providing strong, secure, and convenient storage for your garden tools and equipment as well as a wide range of other outdoor items such as garden chairs, small BBQs and outdoor toys, or space to store and lock away a full-size adult bike and riding accessories.

Strong, secure and rigid garden and bike storage

The Sesame is manufactured in the UK using PVC coated galvanised steel which is fire-resistant, maintenance fee and guaranteed for 25 years. The unit’s all-metal construction makes it strong, secure and highly durable, and unlike plastic or wooden sheds it will not warp, become weak and brittle or crack and discolour over time, even in coastal locations. The Sesame comes fitted with a reinforced metal floor as standard, as well as two stainless steel hasp and staples which lock the front door to the base, and two secure padlock points on the sides. The unit also has a very low lip or threshold at the front making it simple and straightforward to store and access heavy and bulky items and enabling a bike to be wheeled straight inside. The unit is designed to be bolted down from the inside to a hard surface, enabling your valuable garden items or bike to be securely locked away and protected from theft as well as the elements.

Unique “walk-in access” design / Simple DIY construction

The Sesame features easy-to-use gas-filled struts, making the opening and closing of its concertina-style door exceptionally smooth and easy, and providing easy and complete “walk-in” access to your stored items, effectively eliminating the need for heavy or awkward lifting. The unit is supplied in a convenient flat pack and is very simple to construct, with all major components being supplied pre-assembled including the door and roof. The unit comes with easy-to-follow illustrated assembly instructions and all necessary fixings. Trimetals recommends assembly of the unit is undertaken by a minimum of two people.

Options and upgrades

The Sesame is available in a choice of three colours: two tone green, cream and anthracite. Optional brass padlocks with hardened steel shackles are available to purchase with the unit (sold in pairs) to maximise the security of your stored items.
