DefendaStrip is a flexible, cost-effective and easy to install anti-climb system that when fitted with adequate warning signage provides a visual and physical barrier to help deter intruders from your property and outside space. The product is designed and manufactured in the UK by DefendaStrip Ltd and is a Registered and Patented design. DefendaStrip is accredited by Secured by Design (SBD) and meets the police-preferred specification. It is suitable for a range of surfaces and is easy to fit with multiple fixing options. The product is recyclable at the end of its useful life.

Product Description

The DefendaStrip Warning Sign (A4) clearly alerts people that anti-climb DefendaStrip protection is installed and that ignoring the warning may result in injury. Made from lightweight, waterproof polypropylene bubble board, the sign is durable, environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. It features four pre-drilled corner holes for quick and secure fixing to walls, fences or other flat surfaces. Displaying clear warning signage is an important step in reducing liability where anti-climb products are fitted. Signs should be positioned clearly and close to the DefendaStrip, and for longer installations, placed at regular intervals (around 3m) in line with relevant guidance. Regular checks are recommended to ensure signage remains visible and has not been removed or tampered with, and it is recommended that photographs are taken and retained of the warning signs in situ.
