The product is designed and manufactured in the UK by DefendaStrip Ltd and is a Registered and Patented design. DefendaStrip is accredited by Secured by Design (SBD) and meets the police-preferred specification. It is suitable for a range of surfaces and is easy to fit with multiple fixing options. The product is recyclable at the end of its useful life.

Product Description

The DefendaStrip Warning Sign (A6) provides a clear visual warning that anti-climb DefendaStrip protection is installed and that ignoring the warning may result in injury. Manufactured from lightweight, waterproof polypropylene bubble board, the sign is durable, environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. It features two pre-drilled fixing holes (top and bottom) for quick and secure attachment to walls, fences or other flat surfaces. Clear warning signage is essential in reducing liability where anti-climb products are fitted. Signs should be displayed prominently and close to the DefendaStrip, and on longer runs, installed at regular intervals (around 3m) in line with relevant guidance. It is recommended that signage is checked regularly to ensure it remains visible and has not been removed or tampered with, and it is recommended that photographs are taken and retained of the warning signs in situ.
